Cancelation & Refund Policy

You may cancel for any reason within 3 Business Days following an order placed and receive a full refund by providing a written notice to support@trademarklearninginstitute.com. After the 3 Business Days, we handle all returns and refunds on a case by case basis.

Any time more than three (3) days after the Effective Date, You can only terminate this agreement by providing written notice and paying TLI all amounts to be paid under this agreement. With respect to such written notice of Your termination of the agreement, the notice will be deemed to be received when emailed to support@trademarklearninginstitute.com. Termination of this Agreement does not constitute a refund, however terminates the relationship set forth on the Effective Date of the Agreement and of the Agreement.
